•Diluted GAAP EPS of $0.30; adjusted EPS of $0.22

•Raised FY 2026 organic revenue growth, adjusted EPS and free cash flow guidance

RADNOR, Pa. – October 28, 2026 –Avantor, Inc. (NYSE: AVTR), a leading global provider of mission-critical products and services to customers in the life sciences and advanced technology industries, reports results that exceeded management’s expectations for revenue and adjusted EPS for the third fiscal quarter of 2026.

Emmanuel Ligner, President and Chief Executive Officer, says: “We are delighted to return to year-over-year growth in the third quarter. We are not done with our Revival journey yet, but this achievement reflects the dedication of our associates and the progress we are making to sharpen our strategic focus and improve execution. Third quarter results exceeded our expectations across revenue and adjusted EPS, and we generated robust free cash flow that allowed us to further strengthen our balance sheet.

“VWR Distribution & Services delivered another quarter of improving revenue performance, with organic growth accelerating to 5.8%, and Bioscience & Medtech Products returned to organic growth as expected. We believe that improving execution and stronger end markets provide a foundation for sustained revenue growth, and we remain focused on execution to build on our positive momentum,” Ligner concludes.

•Adjusted Operating Income was $119.4 million as compared to $132.0 million in the comparable prior period. Adjusted Operating Income margin was 9.7%.
