On January 26, 2022, the Company's Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.92 per share of outstanding common stock. The dividend will be payable on March 8, 2022, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 21, 2022.
On January 26, 2022, the Company's Board of Directors also authorized a $2.0 billion increase to its existing share repurchase program, bringing the total amount authorized to date under the program to $6.5 billion.
