On February 3, 2026, Skyworks Solutions, Inc. (the “Registrant”), issued a press release in which it announced financial results for the three-month period ended January 2, 2026. Dividend On February 3, 2026, the Registrant announced that its board of directors had declared a cash dividend on the Registrant’s common stock of $0.71 per share, payable on March 17, 2026, to its stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 24, 2026. On October 28, 2025, Skyworks Solutions, Inc. (the “Registrant”), issued a press release in which it announced preliminary fourth fiscal quarter and fiscal year-end results for the period ended October 3, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
