SUI Group Reports Third Quarter 2026 Financial and Operating Results

Advancing SUI Treasury Strategy, Reducing costs, While Pursuing High-Conviction Growth Opportunities Across Digital Assets, Fintech and Artificial Intelligence

Total SUI Holdings of 109,290,995 (Including Digital Asset Loans and Receivables) as of November 2, 2026

WAYZATA, MN, November 5, 2026 – Sui Group Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: SUIG) (“SUI Group,” “SUIG” or the “Company”) today announced its financial and operating results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, along with an update on its SUI treasury strategy.

“During the third quarter, we continued to identify opportunities to put our balance sheet to work to generate attractive, risk-adjusted returns and enhance the long-term value of our treasury,” said Marius Barnett, Chairman of the Board. “With approximately 109.3 million SUI tokens held across our treasury, lending arrangements and receivables, we have built a substantial position in the Sui ecosystem. Our staking strategy continues to generate SUI-denominated yield, enabling us to enhance the productivity of our holdings while preserving exposure to the network’s long-term growth. We believe the combination of our scale, yield-generating activities and disciplined approach to capital allocation provides a strong foundation for creating value beyond simply holding SUI.”

“Beyond our treasury operations, we see an important opportunity to contribute to the continued development and adoption of the Sui ecosystem. Through our relationships with the Sui Foundation and leading protocols, we are working to support the expansion of the network’s financial applications and broader utility. We are also evaluating high-conviction investment opportunities across the digital assets, financial technology and artificial intelligence sectors, building on the strategic investments we have made to date. We are taking a selective approach to deploying capital, with an emphasis on attractive risk-adjusted returns, balance sheet productivity and opportunities that can generate lasting value for our shareholders.”

The Company also served as a Platinum Sponsor of Sui Basecamp 2026, the Sui ecosystem’s flagship annual event, held October 7-8 in Singapore alongside TOKEN2049. The event provided an opportunity to deepen connections between SUI Group, the Sui Foundation and other leading members of the Sui ecosystem. Sui Basecamp featured the SUIG Arena, which hosted a live trading competition, and a fireside discussion featuring SUI Group Board Director Brian Quintenz, former Commissioner of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

Q3 2026 Financial Summary (vs. Q3 2025)

Highlights from the Company’s results for the third quarter of 2026 from its SUI treasury, as well as its legacy commercial short-term non-bank lending and specialty finance business, were as follows:

•

Total Revenue and Other Income: Total revenue and other income in Q3 2026 (excluding net realized and unrealized losses on investments) was $557,000 compared to $2.6 million in the same period last year. The decrease was primarily driven by lower investment and interest income from the legacy loan portfolio and lower SUI staking revenue in dollars, due to the decline in the market price of SUI when rewards were earned.

•

Digital Asset Gains and Losses: The Company’s third quarter 2026 results include approximately $54.7 million in net gains on digital assets and receivables, consisting of $82.7 million in net unrealized gains (including $3.0 million of amortized deferred income), partially offset by $28.0 million in realized losses associated with digital asset trading activities. The unrealized gains primarily reflect changes in the fair value of the Company’s digital assets and receivables, including the amortization of deferred income related to its SUI purchases. The realized losses were primarily attributable to high-frequency trading activities. These amounts largely reflect the U.S. GAAP accounting treatment of the Company’s digital asset holdings and changes in SUI’s market price, rather than corresponding cash inflows or outflows of the same amounts.

•

Net Income (Loss): Net income for the third quarter of 2026 increased significantly to $47.7 million, or $0.59 per diluted share, compared to a net loss of $44.3 million, or $(0.72) per diluted share, in the same period last year.

SUI Group Treasury Update

•

Treasury: 109,290,995 SUI (including 6,000,000 SUI loan receivables) as of November 2, 2026.

•

SUI Value: Approximately $98.4 million using the November 2, 2026, price of $0.90 per SUI1. Please refer to mNAV calculation in this announcement for the reconciliation between US GAAP and non-GAAP numbers.

•

SUI per Share: Using fully adjusted shares2 issued and outstanding as of November 2, 2026, of 80.9 million shares, SUI Group’s treasury remained flat at 1.35 SUI per share of common st

“During the second quarter, we continued to identify innovative ways in which our platform can create long-term value for our shareholders,” said Marius Barnett, Chairman of the Board. “Our SUI treasury remains the foundation of that strategy, and has generated consistent, SUI-denominated yield through staking. We also put additional capital to work by broadening our exposure to agentic finance through investments in Nof1 and Recursive Superintelligence, as well as deepening our role as a capital partner to leading Sui protocols, including through an expanded lending partnership with Bluefin.”

“Looking ahead, we remain focused on enhancing the productivity of our treasury by lending to our ecosystem and strategic partners on a risk-adjusted basis and allocating capital to high-conviction growth opportunities across the digital asset, financial technology and artificial intelligence sectors. We are also deepening our leadership bench to support this strategy, including the recent appointment of Kristina Campbell, former CFO of Ripple Labs and PayNearMe and current CFO of Wrapbook, who brings more than two decades of experience in digital assets, fintech and financial governance. We believe these initiatives, coupled with our prudent approach to capital allocation, will enable us to maximize the value of SUIG through scalable, transparent, and long-term value creation strategies.”

SUI Group Reports First Quarter 2026 Financial and Operating Results

Total SUI Holdings of 108,728,129 Million (Including Digital Asset Loans) as of May 4, 2026

Executive Team to Host Conference Call Today at 5:00 p.m. ET

WAYZATA, MN, May 7, 2026 – Sui Group Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: SUIG) (“SUI Group,” “SUIG” or the “Company”) today announced its financial and operating results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026, along with an update on its SUI treasury strategy.

“We believe Sui is emerging as a foundational layer for the next generation of digital infrastructure, where finance, commerce, and intelligent systems increasingly converge,” said Stephen Mackintosh, Chief Investment Officer of SUI Group. “Sui’s architecture, defined by high throughput, parallel execution, and sub-second finality, positions the network to support scalable financial applications as well as the growing demands of agentic AI, where autonomous systems require real-time coordination and settlement on-chain. To further align our business with the continued growth of the Sui ecosystem, we expanded our presence during the first quarter through initiatives such as the eSui Dollar (suiUSDe) and related yield-generating deployments, which we believe will serve as durable on-chain cash flow primitives. As we look ahead, we remain focused on increasing SUI-per-share and evaluating high-conviction opportunities to scale our platform across the ecosystem, reinforcing SUI Group as a leader in digital asset innovation.”

Operational and Treasury Highlights

•

Deployed $10 million of newly minted eSui Dollar (suiUSDe)

•

Scaled SUI Group’s treasury to 108,728,129 SUI (including 2,961,550 SUI loan receivables) as of May 4, 2026.

•

Substantially all of the Company’s SUI is being staked, earning an approximate 1.8% yield. The current estimated daily yield is approximately 5,200 SUI.

Marius Barnett, Chairman of the Board, added, “SUI Group is executing a differentiated strategy centered on building an institutional-grade digital asset treasury platform anchored to the growth of the Sui ecosystem. Since initiating this strategy, we have accumulated and activated SUI through disciplined capital allocation, with the objective of maximizing SUI per share while supporting the network’s long-term development. As we look ahead, our priority is to further align our platform with the increasing utility and adoption of Sui by scaling liquidity, strengthening institutional access points, and selectively deploying capital into high-impact ecosystem opportunities, reinforcing our role as a long-term strategic participant in the Sui network and driving durable value for shareholders.”

Q1 2026 Financial Summary (vs. Q1 2025)

Highlights from the Company’s results for the first quarter of 2026 from its SUI treasury, as well as its legacy commercial short-term non-bank lending and specialty finance business, were as follows:

•

Total Adjusted Revenue: Total adjusted revenue including investment and other income for the first quarter of 2026 increased to $1.4 million compared to approximately $778 thousand in the first quarter of 2025. This increase was primarily driven by the generation of staking revenue and digital lending interest income from its SUI digital asset treasury strategy which had not yet commenced in the first quarter of 2025.

•

Loss on Digital Assets: The Company’s first quarter 2026 results include approximately $53.5 million of non-cash losses on digital assets and receivables, comprised of $18.6 million in unrealized losses and $34.9 million in realized losses. The unrealized loss reflects mark-to-market adjustments driven primarily by a decline in the price of SUI during the period. The realized loss relates to the transfer of SUI tokens to Galaxy Digital, in its capacity as SUI Group’s asset manager, resulting in derecognition of the assets and recognition of the difference between carrying value and fair value at the time of transfer. These U.S. GAAP-required accounting treatments reflect changes in estimated fair value and strategic deployment of digital assets and do not represent an actual cash outflow or impact the Company’s liquidity.

•

Net Income (Loss): Net loss for the first quarter of 2026 was $71.0 million or $(0.88) per diluted share, compared to net income of approximately $452 thousand or $0.07 per diluted share in the first quarter of 2025.
