SS&C generated net cash from operating activities of $716.4 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026, compared to $645.1 million for the same period in 2025, a 11.1% increase. SS&C ended the second quarter with $434.8 million in cash and cash equivalents and $7,613.5 million in gross debt. SS&C’s consolidated net leverage ratio as defined in our credit agreement stood at 2.75 times consolidated EBITDA as of June 30, 2026.
