On July 22, 2026, Resources Connection, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended May 30, 2026. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
