(NASDAQ: QBTS) (“D-Wave” or the “Company”), the only dual-platform quantum computing company, providing both annealing and gate-model systems, software, and services, today announced financial results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2026.

Recent Business and Technical Highlights

•Bookings for the first six months of 2026 were $35.5 million, a 1,120% year over year increase from bookings of $2.9 million for the first six months of 2025.

•Named a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Quantum Computing 2026 Vendor Assessment. IDC evaluated quantum computing companies based on their current capabilities and future strategies. D-Wave was one of only two companies named to the “Leaders” category.

•Provided additional details on the Company’s annealing quantum computing roadmap, which involves packaging and superconducting interconnect technologies to scale the annealing architectures to multi-chip fabrics. We expect this multi-chip approach will allow the next generation Advantage3TM system to ultimately reach 100,000 qubits by 2031, with an intermediate step of a 20,000 qubit system available in 2029. The Company also announced the design of a new prototype for scalable I/O that would allow quantum processing unit (QPU) scaling with an expectation of reaching a 100,000 qubit system with no more than a 20% increase over the number of I/O lines required for the current 4,500 qubit Advantage2TM system.

•Announced a new gate-model quantum computing roadmap, designed to accelerate the development of commercial, fault-tolerant gate model quantum computing, which includes the following key milestones:

▪2026: Delivery of a 17-physical-qubit system that supports logical error rates 2 times lower than physical error rates

▪2027: Completion of a 49-physical-qubit system that can deliver an expected 20-fold error reduction factor over the physical error rate

▪2028: Completion of a 181-physical-qubit system that can deliver an expected 2,000-fold error reduction factor over the physical error rate; representing the scalable blueprint for fault-tolerant architectures

▪2030: Completion of a 10-logical qubit system that can support the first fault tolerant algorithms

▪2032: Completion of a 100-logical-qubit system capable of successfully performing more than one million operations that can support initial quantum chemistry and quantum AI applications

•Announced a major research breakthrough, as published in the peer-reviewed scientific journal Nature, that advances a faster, more practical path to fault tolerant gate-model quantum computing. The research demonstrates a fast, high-fidelity two-qubit entangling gate that preserves the inherent error-correction advantages of D-Wave’s superconducting dual-rail qubit architecture, addressing one of the industry’s most consequential challenges by reducing the immense hardware overhead typically required to detect and correct quantum errors as systems scale.

•Announced a forthcoming gate-model quantum computing simulator, which is expected to be the first of its kind designed for error-aware programming. Built around D-Wave’s dual-rail technology, we expect the simulator to give developers visibility into errors, so they can design applications and workflows that respond to errors as they occur. D-Wave will offer new quantum development bundles that provide access to both the simulator and gate-model systems.

•Selected to receive a $1,566,240 grant from the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF) through the agency’s National Quantum Virtual Laboratory (NQVL) program. PALO ALTO, Calif. – May 12, 2026 – D-Wave Quantum Inc. (NYSE: QBTS) (“D-Wave” or the “Company”), the only dual-platform quantum computing company, providing both annealing and gate-model systems, software, and services, today announced financial results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2026.

“D-Wave’s first quarter performance highlights what sets this company apart: strong execution, expanding commercial adoption, and differentiated technology leadership across both annealing and gate model quantum computing,” said Dr. Alan Baratz, CEO of D-Wave. “As the only quantum computing company pursuing both annealing and gate-model quantum computing systems, we believe that D-Wave is uniquely positioned to participate in the full addressable quantum computing market. •Closed Bookings of $33.4 million for the first quarter of 2026, up 1,994% year over year from the first quarter of 2025 Bookings of $1.6 million, and up 149% from the immediately preceding fourth quarter of 2025 Bookings of $13.4 million. First quarter Bookings included a $20 million system purchase by Florida Atlantic University ("FAU"), and a $10 million, two-year enterprise Quantum Computing as a Service (QCaaS) agreement with a Fortune 100 company.

•Acquired Quantum Circuits, Inc. (“Quantum Circuits”), a leading developer of error-corrected superconducting gate-model quantum computing systems. Quantum Circuits’ dual-rail qubits combine the rapid speed of superconducting gate-model qubits with the fidelity of ion trap and neutral atom qubits – reflecting a significant industry breakthrough that we believe is currently unmatched by any other quantum computing company.

•Rapidly incorporating our system scaling expertise into the high performance dual-rail gate model technology pioneered by Quantum Circuits. This is expected to accelerate D-Wave’s availability of large-scale, error-corrected gate model quantum computing systems. Key expected milestones in our current roadmap include:

◦By the end of 2028, a dual-rail system with approximately 175 physical qubits and a design for a 1,000 physical qubit system

◦By the end of 2030, a 1,000 physical qubit dual-rail system with 10 logical qubits and a design for a 10,000 physical qubit system

◦By the end of 2032, a dual-rail qubit system that can support 100 logical qubits, which is considered to be a key milestone for reaching initial quantum utility

◦Additional details about the roadmap will be provided at the Company's upcoming Investor Day being held at the New York Stock Exchange on June 1, 2026.

•Signed a $20 million agreement for FAU to purchase and install an Advantage2TM annealing quantum computer, supporting Florida’s goal to become a leader in quantum computing. D-Wave has started implementing a training program at FAU to enable the faculty to leverage

quantum resources in their research and curriculum, and system installation is expected to commence before the end of 2026.

•Collaborated with Postquant Labs on the development and launch of their quantum-classical blockchain Testnet, which is now publicly available. The Testnet is designed to support the development and adoption of a global quantum blockchain standard, and to assess the role quantum computing could play in enabling a more secure and energy-efficient blockchain within a distributed computing network. The Testnet involves 18,500 early users and includes D-Wave's Advantage2™ annealing quantum computer, along with other computing platforms, to perform mining operations. There are currently more than 1,600 nodes on the network, one of which is the Advantage2TM quantum processing unit (“QPU”), and the rest are a mix of CPUs and GPUs. The QPU has outperformed the classical nodes and won the majority of the blocks. D-Wave and Postquant Labs are launching a detailed benchmarking study to further quantify the QPU advantage in mining.

PALO ALTO, Calif. – February 26, 2026 – D-Wave Quantum Inc. (NYSE: QBTS) (“D-Wave” or the “Company”), the only dual-platform quantum computing company, providing both annealing and gate-model systems, software, and services, today announced financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2025.

“Our 2025 results mark one of the most successful and transformative years in D-Wave’s history, with meaningful growth across every key business metric — revenue, Bookings, technical milestones, and scientific breakthroughs,” said Dr. Alan Baratz, CEO of D-Wave. “We are entering 2026 with exceptional momentum: generating over $30 million in Bookings in January alone, expanding our market leadership through the acquisition of gate-model quantum computing company Quantum Circuits, Inc., and securing an eight-figure enterprise QCaaS agreement that underscores growing customer confidence in our technology’s power to transform enterprise operations. 2026 is shaping up to be a defining year for D-Wave.”

Business and Technical Highlights

•Announced revenue of $24.6 million for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, representing an increase of $15.8 million, or 179%, from revenue of $8.8 million reported for fiscal year 2024.

•Closed Bookings of $13.4 million for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025, up 471% from the immediately preceding third quarter Bookings of $2.4 million. This included a Booking of €10 million for 50% capacity of a D-Wave Advantage2TM annealing quantum computer to support the development of a state-of-the-art quantum computing and research facility in Lombardy, Italy.

•Subsequent to the close of the fourth quarter, announced a $20 million system purchase by Florida Atlantic University, with deployment expected by the end of 2026, and a $10 million, two-year enterprise license Quantum Computing as a Service (QCaaS) agreement with a Fortune 100 company. As a result, as of February 25, 2026, first quarter year-to-date 2026 Bookings exceed $32.8 million.

•Announced the completion of the acquisition of Quantum Circuits, a leading developer of error-corrected superconducting gate-model quantum computing systems. Quantum Circuits’ dual-rail qubits with built-in erasure detection identify 90% of errors that occur. With erasure detection, this technology delivers gate fidelities that exceed 99.9%, bringing trapped ion fidelities along with superconducting execution speeds to today’s gate-model algorithm developers. Our erasure detection, and our observed erasure rate of 0.5%, allow us to deliver logical qubits with an order of magnitude fewer physical qubits compared to architectures without this capability.

•Demonstrated the first scalable, on-chip cryogenic control of gate-model qubits, which significantly reduces the amount of wiring required to control larger numbers of qubits without degrading qubit fidelity. This control technology uses multiplexed digital-to-analog converters to control tens of thousands of qubits and couplers with just 200 control wires. With Quantum Circuits’ high-fidelity, error-detecting dual-rail qubits and D-Wave’s robust cryogenic platforms, we believe D-Wave is now uniquely positioned as the only company that has all three core technologies required to deliver scaled, error-corrected superconducting gate-model systems.

•Announced a collaboration with Davidson Technologies and Anduril Industries to develop quantum-classical hybrid applications for complex U.S. air and missile defense planning challenges. An initial proof-of-concept demonstrated that as problem complexity scaled, D-Wave’s StrideTM hybrid solver extended its performance lead over classical-only approaches, delivering at least 10x faster time-to-solution, a 9% to 12% improvement in threat mitigation, and the ability to intercept an additional 45-60 missiles in a 500-missile attack simulation.

•Signed a number of new and renewing customer engagements for both commercial and research applications, including: LG CNS – a major South Korean IT services and systems integration company; Sharp Corporation – a multinational electronics company; and CINECA – an interuniversity consortium founded in 1969 bringing together 122 members, including two Italian Ministries (the Ministry of University and Research, and the Ministry of Education and Merit), 71 Italian universities, and 49 national public universities, that supports and drives digital transformation and is one of the world's most advanced computing centers for High Performance Computing (HPC).
