On October 30, 2023, Richard K. Lubin notified the Company’s Board of Directors (“Board”) of his intent to retire from the Board and Compensation Committee effective as of October 30, 2023. His decision to retire from the Board is consistent with his decision earlier this year to transition to a senior advisory role at Berkshire Partners LLC.
Mr. Lubin has been a member of the Board since 2014. The Company and the Board would like to thank Mr. Lubin for his many important contributions and his commitment to the Company during his tenure on the Board. The Company will be conducting a search for a new Board member to assume Mr. Lubin’s responsibilities.
