On January 14, 2026, Orchid Island Capital, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its estimated book value of 7.54 per share as of December 31, 2025, certain details of its RMBS portfolio as of December 31, 2025, and estimated GAAP net income per share of $0.62, including an estimated $0.43 per share of net realized and unrealized gains on RMBS and derivative instruments, for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. These figures and the estimated book value per share and estimated GAAP net income per share are preliminary, subject to change, and subject to review by the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing this preliminary information regarding the Company is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by this reference.

Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On October 15, 2025, Orchid Island Capital, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its estimated book value of $7.33 per share as of September 30, 2025, certain details of its RMBS portfolio as of September 30, 2025, and estimated GAAP net income per share of $0.53, including an estimated $0.37 per share of net realized and unrealized gains on RMBS and derivative instruments, for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. These figures and the estimated book value per share and estimated GAAP net income per share are preliminary, subject to change, and subject to review by the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm.

Item 8.01. Other Events.

On October 15, 2025, the Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company declared a dividend for the month of October 2025 of $0.12 per share of the Company’s common stock, to be paid on November 26, 2025, to holders of record on October 31, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of October 31, 2025. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the dividend and the other information regarding the Company is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by this reference.

On July 9, 2025, Orchid Island Capital, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its estimated book value of $7.21 per share as of June 30, 2025, certain details of its RMBS portfolio as of June 30, 2025, and estimated GAAP net loss per share of $0.29, including an estimated $0.45 per share of net realized and unrealized losses on RMBS and derivative instruments, for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. These figures and the estimated book value per share and estimated GAAP net loss per share are preliminary, subject to change, and subject to review by the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm.

On July 9, 2025, the Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company declared a dividend for the month of July 2025 of $0.12 per share of the Company’s common stock, to be paid on August 28, 2025, to holders of record on July 31, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of July 31, 2025. In addition, the Company announced certain details of its RMBS portfolio as of June 30, 2025, as well as certain other information regarding the Company. Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On January 8, 2025, Orchid Island Capital, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its estimated book value of $8.09 per share as of December 31, 2024, certain details of its RMBS portfolio as of December 31, 2024, and estimated GAAP net income per share of $0.07, including an estimated $0.02 per share of net realized and unrealized gains on RMBS and derivative instruments, for the quarter ended December 31, 2024.  These figures and the estimated book value per share and estimated GAAP net income per share are preliminary, subject to change, and subject to review by the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm.

Item 8.01. Other Events.

On January 8, 2025, the Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company declared a dividend for the month of January 2025 of $0.12 per share of the Company’s common stock, to be paid on February 27, 2025 to holders of record on January 31, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of January 31, 2025. In addition, the Company announced certain details of its RMBS portfolio as of December 31, 2024 as well as certain other information regarding the Company. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the dividend and the other information regarding the Company is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by this reference.

(the “Company”) announced its estimated book value of $8.40 per share as of September 30, 2024, certain details of its RMBS portfolio as of September 30, 2024, and estimated GAAP net income per share of $0.24, including an estimated $0.29 per share of net realized and unrealized gains on RMBS and derivative instruments, for the quarter ended September 30, 2024.  These figures and the estimated book value per share and estimated GAAP net income per share are preliminary, subject to change, and subject to review by the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm.

Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On April 10, 2024, Orchid Island Capital, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its estimated book value of $9.12 per share as of March 31, 2024, certain details of its RMBS portfolio as of March 31, 2024, and estimated GAAP net income per share of $0.38, including an estimated $0.50 per share of net realized and unrealized gains on RMBS and derivative instruments, for the quarter ended March 31, 2024.  These figures and the estimated book value per share and estimated GAAP net income per share are preliminary, subject to change, and subject to review by the Company's independent registered public accounting firm.

Item 8.01. Other Events.

On April 10, 2024, the Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company declared a dividend for the month of April 2024 of $0.12 per share of the Company’s common stock, to be paid on May 30, 2024 to holders of record on April 30, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of April 29, 2024. In addition, the Company announced certain details of its RMBS portfolio as of  March 31, 2024 as well as certain other information regarding the Company. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the dividend and the other information regarding the Company is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by this reference.
