(referred to herein as “we,” “us,” and “our”) issued a news release announcing our results of operations for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2025, and our first quarter and full year 2026 earnings guidance assumptions.

Item 8.01    Other Events On January 28, 2026, our Board of Directors approved setting the annual dividend rate for 2026 at $2.17 per share of common stock, an increase of $0.11 over the current $2.06 per share of common stock for 2025. Our Board of Directors, in its sole discretion, will determine the amount of each quarterly dividend in advance of payment.
