On August 3, 2026, Capital Southwest Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release, a copy of which has been furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.

On July 16, 2026, Capital Southwest Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain preliminary estimates of its financial condition and results of operations for its fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2026, as well as other information.
