Apollo Reports Second Quarter 2026 Results
New York, August 4, 2026 — Apollo Global Management, Inc. (NYSE: APO) (together with its consolidated subsidiaries, “Apollo”) today reported results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026.
Marc Rowan, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Apollo said, “Our strong second quarter results reflect record earnings across Asset Management and Retirement Services, highlighting the quality and growing scale of our business. Dividend
Apollo Global Management, Inc. has declared a cash dividend of $0.5625 per share of its Common Stock for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026. This dividend will be paid on August 31, 2026 to holders of record at the close of business on August 19, 2026.
The declaration and payment of dividends on the Common Stock are at the sole discretion of Apollo Global Management, Inc.’s board of directors. Apollo cannot assure its stockholders that they will receive any dividends in the future.

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Apollo Global Management, Inc. (the “Company”, “Apollo”, “we”, and “our”) and Athene Holding Ltd. (“Athene”), a subsidiary of Apollo, are reporting preliminary estimates for the Company’s alternative net investment income for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026. This information is being reported prior to the availability of the Company’s quarterly earnings release and quarterly financial supplement for the second quarter, scheduled for release on August 4, 2026.
The Company estimates that alternative net investment income will be approximately $350 million (pre-tax) for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026, which equates to an estimated 9% annualized return on alternative net investments. Within these alternative net investments, the Company estimates that the annualized return on Athene’s investment in a pooled investment vehicle, through which it holds the large majority of its alternative investments portfolio, equates to an estimated 10% for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026 and the annualized return on Athene’s investments in other alternative investments including Athene’s investments in retirement services platforms equates to an estimated 6% for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026.
Excluded from these figures is alternative investment income attributable to non-controlling interests. Alternative net investment income is a component of Spread Related Earnings used to assess the performance of the Company’s Retirement Services segment. Spread Related Earnings is a component of Segment Income which is the key performance measure used by management in evaluating the performance of its operating segments. Apollo Reports First Quarter 2026 Results
New York, May 6, 2026 — Apollo Global Management, Inc. (NYSE: APO) (together with its consolidated subsidiaries, “Apollo”) today reported results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026.

Dividend
Apollo Global Management, Inc. has declared a cash dividend of $0.5625 per share of its Common Stock for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026. This dividend will be paid on May 29, 2026 to holders of record at the close of business on May 19, 2026.
Apollo Global Management, Inc. has also declared and set aside for payment a cash dividend of $0.8438 per share of its Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock, which will be paid on July 31, 2026 to holders of record at the close of business on July 15, 2026.
