The company operates through Wendy's U.S., Wendy's International, and Global Real Estate & Development. Wendy's U.S. and Wendy's International include the operation and franchising of restaurants and derive revenues from sales at company-operated restaurants, as well as royalties, franchise fees, and advertising fund collections from franchised restaurants. Global Real Estate & Development includes real estate activities for owned and leased sites that are leased or subleased to franchisees and includes the company's share of income from its Canadian restaurant real estate joint venture.
Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co manufactures and sells a variety of rubber tires under the Goodyear brand name. The firm's tires are used for automobiles, trucks, buses, aircraft, motorcycles, mining equipment, farm equipment, and industrial equipment.
