The company operates through Wendy's U.S., Wendy's International, and Global Real Estate & Development. Wendy's U.S. and Wendy's International include the operation and franchising of restaurants and derive revenues from sales at company-operated restaurants, as well as royalties, franchise fees, and advertising fund collections from franchised restaurants. Global Real Estate & Development includes real estate activities for owned and leased sites that are leased or subleased to franchisees and includes the company's share of income from its Canadian restaurant real estate joint venture.
Coastal Financial Corp is a bank holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the company conducts its business in three reportable segments which include, Community Bank, CCBX, and Treasury and Administration. The Community Bank segment includes all community banking activities, with a primary focus on providing various banking products and services to consumers and small to medium-sized businesses.
