The principal markets for the Company's power converters and systems are large original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), original design manufacturers (ODMs) and their contract manufacturers, and smaller, lower volume users, which are broadly distributed across several market areas.

It operates through two segments: Carlisle Construction Materials and Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies. Carlisle Construction Materials produces premium single-ply roofing products and warranted roof systems, including EPDM, TPO, PVC membrane, and polyiso insulation. Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies produces building envelope solutions, including waterproofing, moisture protection products, air/vapor barriers, and spray polyurethane foam systems.
