The majority of its revenue is generated from the Rail North America segment, which is composed of the company's operations in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This segment mainly provides railcars pursuant to full-service leases under which it maintains the railcars, pays ad valorem taxes and insurance, and provides other ancillary services.
