Usio Inc is a United States-based company that provides integrated electronic payment services, including credit and debit card-based processing services and transaction processing via the Automated Clearing House, or ACH network to billers and retailers. LGL Group Inc is a holding company engaged in services, merchant investment and manufacturing business activities. The company has two reportable segments; Electronic Instruments and Merchant Investment.
