ATC is a regulated utility based in Wisconsin that owns and maintains electric transmission assets in parts of Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, and Illinois. The second segment is ALLETE Clean Energy, which focuses on developing, acquiring, and operating clean and renewable energy projects.
