Trevi Therapeutics Inc is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of the investigational therapy Haduvio (oral nalbuphine ER) for the treatment of chronic cough in adults with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, or IPF, non-IPF interstitial lung disease, or non-IPF ILD, and refractory chronic cough, or RCC. Haduvio is an oral extended-release formulation of nalbuphine. The Company operates and manages its business as one reportable segment. Penn Entertainment's origins date back to its 1972 racetrack opening in Pennsylvania. Today, Penn operates 42 properties across 20 states and 12 brands, including Hollywood Casino and Ameristar. Land-based casinos represented 81% of total sales in 2025; 19% was from the interactive segment, which includes sports, i-gaming, and media revenue.
