It provides specialized oilfield services and equipment to independent and oil and gas companies engaged in the exploration, production, and development of oil and gas properties throughout the United States. Its operating segment includes Technical Services and Support Services. The Technical Services segment, which generates maximum revenue, comprises service lines that generate revenue based on equipment, personnel, or materials at the well site and are closely aligned with completion and production activities of the customers. The Support Services segment comprises service lines that generate revenue from services and equipment offered off the well site and are closely aligned with the customers' drilling activities.
