Tripadvisor is the world's leading travel metasearch company. Its platform offers 1 billion reviews and information on several million accommodations, restaurants, experiences, airlines, and cruises. In 2024, 52% of revenue came from the company's core Brand Tripadvisor segment, which includes hotel revenue generated through advertising on its metasearch platform (33% of 2024 sales). BlackRock MuniHoldings California Quality Fund Inc is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. Its investment objective is to provide shareholders with current income exempt from U.S. federal income taxes and California personal income taxes. The fund mainly invests in municipal obligations exempt from U.S. federal income taxes (except that the interest may be subject to the U.S. federal alternative minimum tax) and California personal income taxes. Under normal market conditions, it invests a majority of its managed assets in investment-grade municipal obligations with remaining maturities of one year or more at the time of investment. It can also invest in below investment-grade securities, or directly in such securities or synthetically through the use of derivatives.
