The company's investments consist of properties located in qualified opportunity zones for the development or redevelopment of multifamily, student housing, senior living, healthcare, industrial, self-storage, hospitality, office, mixed-use, data centers, and solar projects located throughout the United States and its territories. Company currently has two reporting segments, commercial: includes properties such as office, retail centers, and warehouses; and mixed-use: includes properties that blend both residential and retail components within a single real estate asset. The majority of the revenue is earn from mixed-use segment.
