Taboola is a performance-based native advertising network designed to improve click-through rates and increase monetizable events for advertisers while generating yield for publisher websites. Taboola competes with Google, Amazon, and other advertising networks that display stories and products on websites. The company was founded in 2007 in Israel. It acquired Connexity, a retail advertising network, in 2021, and entered a partnership with Yahoo in 2022, in which it acquired exclusive native advertising rights over Yahoo digital properties in exchange for a 25% equity stake in the company.
Nutex Health Inc is a physician-led, healthcare services and operations company with various hospital facilities in the U.S. states (hospital division), and a primary care-centric, risk-bearing population health management division. The company has three segments: the hospital division, the PHM division, and the real estate division. The hospital division implements and operates health care models, including micro-hospitals, specialty hospitals and hospital outpatient departments (HOPDs). The population health management (PHM) division owns and operates provider networks such as independent physician associations (IPAs).
