The majority of its portfolio is single-tenant industrial properties throughout the United States. The company derives the majority of its rental revenue from its facilities located in Midwestern and Eastern U.S. cities.

The Company operates through three reportable segments: AMER, APAC, and EMEA, with the majority of revenue from the APAC segment.
