About STAG Stag Industrial Inc.

Stag Industrial Inc is a REIT focused on the acquisition, ownership, development, and operation of industrial properties throughout the United States. Its platform is designed to (i) identify properties for acquisition that offer attractive returns across CBRE-EA Tier 1 industrial real estate markets, industries, and tenants, (ii) provide growth through the ownership of high-quality assets, property management and pursuit of acquisitions in an attractive opportunity set, and (iii) capitalize its business appropriately given the characteristics of its assets. The majority of its portfolio is single-tenant industrial properties throughout the United States. The company derives the majority of its rental revenue from its facilities located in Midwestern and Eastern U.S. cities.

About AN AutoNation Inc.

AutoNation is the second-largest automotive dealer in the United States, with 2025 revenue of $27.6 billion and over 245 dealerships, plus 52 collision centers. The firm also has 24 AutoNation USA used-vehicle stores, a captive lender, four auction sites, and three parts distributors across 20 states primarily in Sunbelt metropolitan areas. New-vehicle sales account for nearly half of revenue; the company also sells used vehicles, parts, and repair services as well as auto financing. The company (formerly Republic Industries) divested its waste management unit (Republic Services) in 1999 and its car rental businesses (ANC Rental) in 2000. Wayne Huizenga founded the company in the 1990s to bring the rollup acquisition strategy to auto retailing, which proved to be a smart move.
