Sabre holds the number-two air booking volume share in the global distribution system industry. The distribution segment represented 80% of total 2025 revenue and airline IT solutions 20% of revenue. The company sold its growing hotel IT solutions division to TPG in 2025 for $960 million in net proceeds.
