Through its subsidiaries, it provides consumer and commercial banking products and services, as well as secondary mortgage lending, trust, wealth management, and financial planning services. The group caters to both business and individual clients, offering checking, savings, certificates of deposit, and overnight investment sweep accounts; commercial lending services, including secured and unsecured loans, working capital loans, lines of credit, etc; and safe deposit boxes, debit cards, telephone banking, and other financial products and services.
Sabre holds the number-two air booking volume share in the global distribution system industry. The marketplace segment represented 80% of total 2025 revenue and airline technology solutions 20% of revenue. The company sold its growing hotel IT solutions division to TPG in 2025 for $960 million in net proceeds. Transaction fees, which are mostly tied to volume and not price, account for the bulk of sales and profits.
