Shore Bancshares Inc is a financial holding company based in the United States. Through its subsidiaries, it provides consumer and commercial banking products and services, as well as secondary mortgage lending, trust, wealth management, and financial planning services. The group caters to both business and individual clients, offering checking, savings, certificates of deposit, and overnight investment sweep accounts; commercial lending services, including secured and unsecured loans, working capital loans, lines of credit, etc; and safe deposit boxes, debit cards, telephone banking, and other financial products and services.
ACNB Corp is the financial holding company. Through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, it provides a full range of retail and commercial financial services in Pennsylvania and Maryland through its network of community banking offices. It also provides property, casualty, health, life and disability insurance serving personal and commercial clients through offices in Westminster, Maryland, and Gettysburg, Pennsylvania and is licensed to do business. The corporation has two reporting segments; the Banking segment which generates the majority of the revenue from banking and wealth management services, including trust and retail brokerage; and ACNB Insurance Services segment which offers a broad range of property and casualty, life and health insurance to both commercial and individual clients.
