Its main product candidate DM199 (rinvecalinase alfa) is a recombinant form of human tissue kallikrein-1, which is a synthetic version of the naturally occurring protease enzyme kallikrein-1 and a rhKLK1 undergoing clinical development studies in both AIS and PE.
