Its proprietary Cabaletta Approach to B cell Ablation (CABA) platform includes the CARTA approach, which uses chimeric antigen receptor T cells to eliminate B cells and potentially reset the immune system. The company develops cellular therapies including CAR T and CAAR T product candidates.
