Through the subsidiary, it offers various banking services to individual and corporate customers in Birmingham, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. Its various products and service offerings include commercial, consumer, and other loans; accepting deposits; providing electronic banking services, such as online and mobile banking, including remote deposit capture; delivering treasury and cash management services; and providing banking services to other financial institutions. The company operates as a single reportable segment, with a majority of its revenue being derived from the business of banking.
DNP Select Income Fund Inc is a closed-ended investment management fund. Its investment objectives are current income and long-term growth of income, with capital appreciation as a secondary objective. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing mainly in a diversified portfolio of equity and fixed-income securities of companies in the public utilities industry. Under normal market conditions, more than 65% of the Fund's total assets are invested in securities of public utility companies engaged in the production, transmission, or distribution of electric energy, gas, or telephone services.
