About SABR Sabre Corporation

Sabre holds the number-two air booking volume share in the global distribution system industry. The distribution segment represented 80% of total 2025 revenue and airline IT solutions 20% of revenue. The company sold its growing hotel IT solutions division to TPG in 2025 for $960 million in net proceeds. Transaction fees, which are mostly tied to volume and not price, account for the bulk of sales and profits.

About OMER Omeros Corporation

Omeros Corp is a United States-based clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company engaged in discovering, developing, and commercializing small-molecule and protein therapeutics for large-market as well as orphan indications targeting immunologic disorders including complement-mediated diseases, cancers, and addictive and compulsive disorders. Clinical development of narsoplimab is currently focused on hematopoietic stem cell transplant-associated thrombotic microangiopathy and immunoglobulin nephropathy.
