It is engaged in acquiring and managing properties mainly leased to the United States Postal Service, or the USPS, ranging from last-mile post offices to industrial facilities. The Trust's objective is to create stockholder value by generating risk-adjusted returns through expanding its portfolio of owned and managed postal properties leased to the USPS.
