PROG Holdings Inc is a financial technology holding company that provides transparent and competitive payment options to consumers. The company has two reportable segments: Progressive Leasing, an in-store, app-based, and e-commerce point-of-sale lease-to-own solutions provider; and Vive Financial (Vive), an omnichannel provider of second-look revolving credit products. The majority of the revenue of the company is earned through the Progressive Leasing segment.
FS Credit Opportunities Corp is a closed-end management investment company. The Fund's primary investment objective is to generate an attractive total return consisting of a high level of current income and capital appreciation, with a secondary objective of capital preservation. It predominantly invests in a portfolio of secured and unsecured floating and fixed-rate loans, bonds, and other types of credit instruments. The credit instruments in which it invests typically are rated below investment grade by rating agencies or would be rated below investment grade if rated.
