About PPL PPL Corporation

PPL is a holding company of regulated utilities in Pennsylvania, Kentucky, and Rhode Island. The Pennsylvania regulated delivery and transmission segment distributes electricity to customers in central and eastern Pennsylvania. In Kentucky, LG&E and KU are involved in regulated electricity generation, transmission, and distribution. LG&E also provides regulated natural gas distribution. Rhode Island Energy operates electric and gas utilities in the state.

About BBD Banco Bradesco Sa

Banco Bradesco is Brazil's second-largest private bank, with about 10%-15% of deposits, and the largest insurance provider in Brazil, with roughly 20%-25% market share. The bank is majority controlled by the Bradesco foundation, a private nonprofit institution focused on education. The bank is also a major asset manager with high-single-digit market share. In 2016, Bradesco acquired the Brazilian operations of HSBC.
