Park Aerospace Corp designs is an aerospace company which develops and manufactures solution and hot-melt composite materials used to produce composite structures for the aerospace markets. Its composite materials include film adhesives and lightning strike protection materials. Its composite materials are used to produce primary and secondary structures for jet engines, large and regional transport aircraft, military aircraft, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs commonly referred to as drones), business jets, general aviation aircraft and rotary wing aircraft. The Company's products are sold to customers in North America, Asia and Europe.

Its investment objective is to provide shareholders with as high a level of current income exempt from U.S. federal income taxes. The fund invests a majority of its assets in municipal bonds exempt from U.S. federal income taxes (except that the interest may be subject to the U.S. federal alternative minimum tax). These bonds are predominantly long-term (with a maturity of more than ten years at the time of investment), and rated as investment grade, or deemed to be of comparable quality by the investment adviser at the time of investment. The fund can also invest directly in such securities or synthetically through the use of derivatives.
