Pfizer is one of the world's largest pharmaceutical firms, with annual sales close to $50 billion (excluding covid-19-related product sales). While it historically sold many types of healthcare products and chemicals, now prescription drugs and vaccines account for the majority of sales. Lowe's primarily targets retail do-it-yourself (around 70% of sales in 2024) and do-it-for-me customers, but has expanded its commercial and professional business clients to 30% from less than 20% in the past six years.
