Phillips Edison & Co Inc is a real estate investment trust. The company also operates a third-party investment management business providing property management and advisory services to four unconsolidated institutional joint ventures, in which it has a partial ownership interest, and one private fund. It invests in well-occupied, grocery-anchored neighborhood and community shopping centers. It holds an integrated in-house operating platform built on a market of expertise designed to optimize property value and consistently deliver a great shopping experience.

About AD Array Digital Infrastructure Inc.

Array Digital Infrastructure, formerly US Cellular, sold its regional wireless operations serving about 4.4 million customers to T-Mobile in August 2025. The firm has agreed to sell most of its remaining spectrum licenses; however, it will still retain rights to C-band spectrum in several locations after these deals are closed. Array also owns a 5.5% stake in Verizon Wireless' Los Angeles operations, as well as other smaller wireless partnership interests in Oklahoma and upstate New York. The firm still operates a portfolio of about 4,400 wireless towers.
