PIMCO Dynamic Income Strategy Fund is a non-diversified, limited-term, closed-end management investment company. It seeks current income as a primary objective and capital appreciation as a secondary objective. The fund makes investments using a dynamic asset allocation plan among multiple sectors in the public and private credit markets globally, including corporate debt, mortgage-related and other asset-backed instruments, government and sovereign debt, taxable municipal bonds, and other fixed, variable, and floating-rate income-producing securities of U.S. and foreign issuers, including emerging market issuers and real estate-related investments.

The company operates in two segments: Lindblad and Land Experiences, of which Lindblad generates the vast majority of its revenue. It offers itineraries that feature up-close encounters with wildlife, nature, history, and culture, as well as promote guest empowerment and interactivity. It operates expeditions on intimately-scaled ships and interaction between guests, crew, and the teams of scientists, naturalists, researchers, and photographers that participate in the expeditions. Lindblad operates a fleet of twelve owned expedition ships and five seasonal charter vessels under the Lindblad brand.
