The Community Banking segment, which generates the majority of revenue, provides loan and deposit products to business and consumer customers in its market areas. The Home Mortgage Lending segment focuses on the origination and sale of mortgage loans for one-to-four family residential properties, mortgage loan servicing for certain loans sold, and investment in selected residential mortgage loans. The Specialty Finance segment provides factoring, asset-based lending, and alternative working capital solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises and includes SCF and Northrim Funding Services.
