Nuveen California AMT-Free Quality Municipal Income Fund is a closed-end fixed income mutual fund. The Fund's primary investment objective is current income exempt from both regular federal income taxes and Arizona individual income taxes and to enhance portfolio value relative to the municipal bond market by investing in tax-exempt municipal bonds that the Fund's investment adviser believes are underrated or undervalued or that represent municipal market sectors that are undervalued. It invests across sectors such as healthcare, utilities, transportation, and housing.

Its products and services include credit assets, deposits, and cybersecurity services through its wholly owned subsidiary. The bank operates through four segments: Digital Banking Canada and Digital Banking USA, both using a business-to-business model with proprietary financial technology to serve underserved markets; DRTC, which provides cybersecurity services and banking and financial technology development; and Digital Meteor, which owns proprietary technology supporting next-generation digital assets, including Real Bank Deposit Tokens (RBDTs). The majority of revenue comes from Digital Banking.
