Its investment objective is to provide total return through a combination of current income, current gains and long-term capital appreciation. It intends to achieve the objective by investing in a portfolio of domestic convertible securities and non-convertible income-producing securities. Its portfolio of investments includes Software, the Internet, the Commercial Services sector in the form of Convertible Bonds and Notes, and Media, Oil, Gas & Consumable Fuels, and Entertainment sector in the form of Corporate Bonds and Notes.

MVB Financial Corp is a financial holding company. The company provides a wide range of business activities through the Bank, commercial and retail banking services, as well as Fintech banking. It has three reportable segments: CoRe Banking, Mortgage Banking, and Financial Holding Company. The majority of its revenue is generated from the CoRe Banking segment, which includes its Fintech division, represents banking products and services offered to customers by the Bank, loans and deposits accounts.
