It operates in three segments: Land Development & Sales which includes land planning and entitlement, development, and sales activities; Leasing operations include residential, resort, commercial, agricultural, industrial land and property leases; and Resort Amenities segment, which include a membership program that provides certain benefits and privileges within the Kapalua Resort for its members. The majority of its revenue is derived from the Leasing segment. Leasing revenue is generated from restaurants, retail outlets, office buildings, warehouses, and other resort activities.
