Melco Resorts & Entertainment is one of only six licensed casino operators in Macao. It operates Altira, a complex focused on premium customers; City of Dreams, an integrated resort in Cotai serving both mass-market and premium patrons; and Mocha Clubs' electronic gaming machines.
