Its segments include Multi-family Mortgage Banking, which originates and services government-sponsored mortgages for multi-family and healthcare facilities; Mortgage Warehousing, which offers mortgage warehouse financing, commercial loans and deposit services; and the Banking segment, which generates maximum revenue and provides portfolio lending for multi-family and healthcare facility loans, residential mortgage banking, agricultural lending, SBA lending and community banking.

About BANR Banner Corporation

Banner Corp is a bank holding company. It wholly owns one subsidiary bank, Banner Bank. The Bank's primary business is that of traditional banking institutions, accepting deposits and originating loans in locations surrounding its offices in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, and Utah. Banner Bank also actively participates in the secondary loan markets, engaging in mortgage banking operations largely through the origination and sale of one to four family residential loans.
