The company markets its own products predominantly into stable, consumer-oriented end markets, including wipes, healthcare, adult incontinence, apparel, baby, feminine care, air filtration, and food and beverage, for disposable and durable applications. It also provides technical solutions in infrastructure markets. The company's operations are organized into two operating and reportable segments: Americas and Rest of World. It derives the majority of its revenue from the Americas, which manufactures products and components of personal care, including medical garments, wipes, dryer sheets, filtration, baby diapers and adult incontinence.
Blackstone Strategic Credit Fund is a closed-end term fund. Its primary investment objective is to seek high current income. The secondary objective of the fund is to seek the preservation of capital. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its Managed Assets in senior, secured floating-rate loans. The fund also invest in second-lien loans and high yield bonds and employs financial leverage, which may increase risk to the Fund. The Fund has a limited term and absent shareholder approval to extend the life of the Fund.
