Its products are sold to manufacturers of RVs such as Thor Industries, Forest River, Winnebago, and other RV OEMs, and to manufacturers in adjacent industries.

The company has three reportable segments: Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care, and Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRs).
