It has four reportable segments comprised of three individual consolidated operating subsidiaries, CNA Financial Corporation, Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP and Loews Hotels Holding Corporation; and the Corporate segment.

Teva derives half of its sales from North America and makes up a high-single-digit percentage of the total number of generic prescriptions in the US.
