Invesco provides investment-management services to retail (70% of managed assets) and institutional (30%) clients. At the end of November 2025, the firm had $2.154 trillion in assets under management spread among its equity (62% of AUM), balanced (3%), fixed-income (20%), alternative investment (6%), and money market (9%) operations. Passive products account for close to half of Invesco's total AUM. Invesco's US retail business is one of the 10 largest nonproprietary fund complexes in the country. Solstice Advanced Materials is a diversified specialty chemicals company created in late 2025 after being spun off from Honeywell. It sells chemicals and materials to a wide range of end markets. Its largest product category is refrigerants used in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, and autos, where Solstice sells low global warming potential refrigerants. The company also sells materials used for building and construction, semiconductor production, healthcare packaging, and defense. Additionally, Solstice runs the only US uranium conversion business currently in operation.
