Hovnanian Enterprises Inc conducts all of its homebuilding and financial services operations. The company designs, constructs, markets, and sells single-family detached homes, attached townhomes and condominiums, urban infill, and active lifestyle homes in planned residential developments. It has two distinct operations: homebuilding and financial services. Its homebuilding operations are divided geographically into three segments: Northeast, which includes Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia; Southeast, which includes Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina; and West, which includes Arizona, California, and Texas. The firm generates maximum revenue from the West Segment.
ACNB Corp is the financial holding company. Through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, it provides a full range of retail and commercial financial services in Pennsylvania and Maryland through its network of community banking offices. It also provides property, casualty, health, life and disability insurance serving personal and commercial clients through offices in Westminster, Maryland, and Gettysburg, Pennsylvania and is licensed to do business. The corporation has two reporting segments; the Banking segment which generates the majority of the revenue from banking and wealth management services, including trust and retail brokerage; and ACNB Insurance Services segment which offers a broad range of property and casualty, life and health insurance to both commercial and individual clients.
